About me

My practice started as a way to move my body, but it quickly became so much more. A way to ground myself, to focus my mind, and to reconnect with what really matters.

I completed my 200 hour Yoga Alliance certified teacher training in Costa Rica, where I studied the rich, ancient roots of yoga and deepened my understanding of the practice beyond just the physical.

That experience is what shapes the way I teach. Each class is designed with intention, blending strength, balance, and breath to support both physical and mental clarity. I love to offer slightly more challenging, spicy flows, while still creating space for slower, more intentional movement.

This is a space to grow, to explore, and to come back to yourself.
